In the article in detail the analysis of processes of formation and development of the market of real estate services and real estate in the region. Using methods of statistical analysis and methods of logical-functional approach was built factor functional model defines the dependence of prices at the market of residential real estate from the regional peculiarities and the level of welfare of the population, as well as the performance of the construction industry, which allowed us to forecast of the price of the status of the real estate market of the Stavropol region in the medium term and to strengthen routine component in the activity of the real estate organizations.

`The author's vision of CRM systems with their orientation to maximize the mastering potential of all stakeholders of the enterprise is presented in the paper.
